Privacy Notice
Effective April 26, 2026.
This page explains what Skyland Imaging Ltd. (“Skyland”) does with the personal information you send through this website. It’s written to satisfy Canada’s federal PIPEDA and British Columbia’s PIPA.
Privacy officer
Reach Skyland’s privacy officer at contact@skylandimaging.ca with “Privacy” in the subject.
What’s collected and why
The contact form asks for what’s needed to reply about your project — name and email at minimum, plus optional details like phone, location, and timeline. Skyland uses that information only to reply to you and, if you engage Skyland, to scope and deliver the project. It’s never sold, traded, or added to a marketing list.
The site uses standard service providers for hosting, bot protection, transactional email, and inbox — some are based in the U.S. and may be subject to foreign legal access while data is in their hands. PIPEDA and PIPA still apply to Skyland regardless. No analytics or advertising trackers run on this site.
How it’s protected
Skyland uses commercially reasonable safeguards to protect what you send, including encrypted transport and two-factor authentication on the inbox.
How long it’s kept
Form submissions stay in the inbox for up to twelve months after the last reply, then get deleted. If you engage Skyland, your inquiry becomes part of the project record under the Works & Services Agreement.
Your rights
You can ask Skyland to show you what’s on file, correct it, or delete it — email contact@skylandimaging.ca. Acknowledgement within 5 business days, substantive response within 30. If Skyland’s response isn’t satisfactory, you can complain to the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or the BC Information and Privacy Commissioner.
